Good day all you savvy shoppers! and to all the crafty peeps in the house.
I love nothing more than to share fun, inexpensive ways to craft and decorate your home on a friendly budget.
Today, I am sharing some cute diy Christmas owl ornaments that I made for our flocked Christmas tree this year. In fact, every year I make new ornaments to add to the tree. I love to pull them out each year and not only see how I have evolved some in my crafting skills, but to see what my theme and mind set was for the year.
This year, it’s all about the owl. I adore owls. Not only for the fall season, but in the winter and even into the rest of the seasons. Owls, are universal and not only seasonal imo.
First, let’s start with the supplies:
There’s really not much at all to doing this craft. The nice thing about glass ornaments is that the tip comes off and you can add cute things inside, like faux snow, faux greenery, sprinkles, glitter, etc. Really, whatever can fit in there and to your own personal liking.
Instructions:
For the three featured owl ornaments, I simply added the faux snow, and in this red owl ornament I added a spring of faux greenery.
Can they look any cuter? I think these crafts would be great to do with your lady friends, kids, church group, etc..You can buy a pack of glass ornaments pretty reasonably, and a pack of stickers go a long way. For the crafter in you, you should always have simple supplies like Mod podge, glue gun, and glitter on hand. It’s a staple in my house. You never know when you get the urge to craft and it is always nice to have your supplies on hand.
I hope you enjoyed this easy, fun, and cute diy glass owl ornament craft idea.
If you love budget friendly, stop over and see me sometime. I am always up to something!
