All of your fitness goals can be accomplished with just a little bit of workout equipment, which is ideal for the budget - especially when you buy used! Some great things that you can start off with are dumbbells, an exercise mat, and resistance bands - all used! If you’re looking for bigger equipment, like a treadmill or stationary bike, check out local gyms that may be renovating or getting new machines, as they tend to sell their old machines for rockin’ prices! So take a nap and don’t feel guilty about it! Last but not least, hydration. Drinking enough water can help you work out better, eat better, and work better!
