Burger King: According to Business Insider, Burger King is offering free Whopper burgers to customers who show up in clown costumes on Halloween.
Carrows: Free kids meal for costumed children with the purchase of an adult entrée.
The Cheesecake Factory: You won't find any freebies here, but you might enjoy their promotion just as much. Treat yourself to a Pumpkin or Pumpkin Pecan Cheesecake slice (or both) until 11/23, and 25 cents of every slice sold will be donated to Feeding America and local food banks to help those in need this holiday season.
Chili's: Free kids meal with the purchase of an adult entrée when you present this coupon.
Chipotle: $3 for a burrito, bowl, salad, or tacos from 3 PM to close when you dress up.

Del Taco: Costumed kids (10 & under) get a free kids meal with the purchase of any combo meal on 10/30 and 10/31.
Denny's: 20% off your entire guest check with this coupon.
Freebirds World Burrito: Last year, Freebirds World Burrito gave kids a free burrito or quesadilla with chips and a beverage when they visited on 10/28 to 10/31, with or without a costume. We’re not sure if that’ll be the case this year, but call your local restaurant to check!
HomeTown Buffet: Free kids buffet meal for costumed children with the purchase of an adult buffet meal.
Hot Dog on a Stick: Like Hot Dog on a Stick on Facebook for their daily promotions. This past week, they've offered 70 cents turkey or veggie corn dogs, $1 cheese on a stick, and BOGO half off lemonades. You can get $1 Turkey and Veggie dogs all day on Tuesdays in October, no limit, and Halloween happens to fall on a Tuesday. You must mention this Facebook post!
IHOP: Free scary face pancake from 7 AM to 10 PM.

McAlister’s Deli: Kids in costume get a free kids meal with the purchase of an adult entrée.
McDonald’s: For only $1, get a Halloween Treat Pack with 12 coupons that add up to about $10 worth of free food just for kids. Coupons can only be redeemed by customers 12 and younger from 10/31 to 12/31/17.
Mimi’s Cafe: Free kids meal with the purchase of an adult entrée.
Papa Murphy’s: Get a large Jack-O-Lantern pizza for only $8.
Ruby’s Diner: Kids 12 and under eat free every Tuesday night from 4 PM until closing, and thankfully, Halloween is on a Tuesday this year!
