Yes, you read that correctly. T-Mobile wants their un-carrier customers to #GetThanked by offering free goodies and epic prizes every single Tuesday through their brand new T-Mobile Tuesdays app (available in the App Store and Google Play). If it sounds too good to be true, I'm with you. But according to their complete press release on Business Wire, T-Mobile president and CEO John Legere said there are "[no] strings. No gotchas. Just 'thank you for being a customer!'" No need to spend more money, sign up for things, collect petty points, or qualify for anything - it's all just gratitude.

Moreover, T-Mobile is offering up to 100 shares of T-Mobile stock to their millions of customers, now turned shareholders. We're thinking word of mouth is going to work extremely well for T-Mobile in these coming months - customer satisfaction can't get better than this. June 7th was officially the first T-Mobile Tuesday, during which their customers "can carry out a FREE medium two-topping Domino’s pizza, FREE small Wendy’s Frosty and FREE movie rental from VUDU, Walmart’s video on-demand service. And they can do it again next Tuesday. And the one after that. You get the idea." I'm not even a T-Mobile customer, but after writing this, I'm almost convinced to switch.

Even better, every Tuesday, in addition to all these fabulous freebies, one lucky person will win the prize of all prizes. For example, on their first T-Mobile Tuesday, one person and 40 of his/her closest friends won a ride on a party bus to a private screening of Warcraft. They also received all the candy, popcorn, and soda their hearts desired. Here's a taste of some epic prizes you could win:

  • A trip for two to Vegas and a stay at the beautiful Mandalay Bay. Entertain yourself with tickets to see UB40 at the Mandalay Bay Beach and get treated like VIP at Luxor’s LAX Nightclub. You also get $100 in Lyft credits because Vegas and alcohol so don't drink and drive please.
  • A trip to San Diego to experience MLB All-Star week for you and whoever you choose to take. You get exclusive access to the Home Run Derby press conference, and you get to bat around with the top players.
  • A traveler's dream come true for you and your fellow hiker to trek up the legendary Inca Trail to Machu Picchu in Peru. Of course you don't have to worry about accommodations, meals, and tours because all of that is included from The Clymb.
  • A trip to New York City just to shop with $10,000 and the fashionable advice of an in-house stylist in the private Gilt showroom.
