We’ve all spotted a Kohl’s while driving or browsing through the mall and on the surface it’s just like any other department store. But did you know that Kohl’s was the preferred clothing store to shop from ranked #1 for the past 3 years? They’re also ranked #2 in 2014 and 2015 for new brands/stores/websites to start buying from.

Subscribe to our Kohl's emails to get the latest details on their promotions and sales.

Kohl’s Could Be the Better Choice

Why? If you’ve shopped online at Kohl's lately, you will have noticed that Kohl’s almost always has some kind of huge web buster, doorbuster or limited time promotion going on. Not only that but they offer deep discounts on sought after brands like Nike, Levi’s, Vera Wang and more. Web discounts range from 30% to as high as 80% off or more. If you shop their online Gold Star clearance, they have hundreds of items (including name brands) discounted up to 70% off and they’ll let you shave off another extra 20% off at checkout.

The recent years saw a rise in online shopping so it’s only logical that Kohl’s would extend their sales and promotion to their online shoppers. However, Kohl’s is spreading out even more discounts on top of their low priced items.

When it comes to coupon codes, Kohl’s does not play around. They frequently roll out discounts of 15%, 20% to as high as 30% off. Their highest discount, however, is reserved for Kohl’s Charge credit card holders. Kohl's coupon codes are usually eligible on all items sitewide unless otherwise specified. Kohl’s usually has a few site wide discounts along with category specific coupon codes that could either give you 15-20% off or dollar off discount. If you’re not looking for another credit card to add to your wallet, Kohl’s Yes2You rewards program can also help you save as a frequent Kohl’s shopper.

Stack More & Save More

Kohl’s is one of the rare major department stores that lets you stack coupon codes deals online and in-stores. For example, if you find a sale item from their doorbuster (i.e. 50% off women’s jacket), Kohl’s allow you to use any ongoing promotional code on top of it! That’s another 15-30% off your sale jacket.

I wanna be the very best like no one ever was. Couponing is my real test, to cut them is my cause. I will travel across the land, searching far and wide. Each store to understand, the discounts that's inside.

Kohl's has me. :-) They threw out the hook and reeled me in; and then they kept reeling. (That was probably 10 years ago.) One strategy you did not mention was the postcards they send out in the mail to...everyone, I think. They occasionally send out postcards good for $10. There is no minimum purchase. You can go into the store and get something for $10, and it will be free That is what initially got me in the store. (And when I go through a time of not buying clothes, it gets me back in.) Then I started shopping more. And often, while in the store, I would be invited to get a Kohl's credit card.,,for a 20 or 25% discount on my purchases, of course. One year, while Christmas shopping, I gave in and applied. And I haven't looked back since.
