Still need to buy holiday gifts? Fear not. In the heated competition over holiday shopping dominance, four major retailers are catering to last-minute shoppers.

But, how last-minute is too last minute? Find out below.

Target boasts that orders placed by 11:55pm CT on Dec. 20th are guaranteed to arrive by Monday, Dec. 24th. Furthermore, Friday, Dec. 21st, is the last day you can opt for "express shipping" and still receive your item by Christmas Eve.

Still looking for gifts on Christmas Eve? Fortunately, Target, partnered with Shipt, is offering same-day delivery on groceries, gifts, decorations, and more. The only caveat is that you must place your order at least two hours before store closing, which is either 10pm or 11pm (depending on location).

You can also opt for same-day pickup on Christmas Eve, but orders must be placed before 6pm that day.

Walmart urges customers to place orders by 2pm on Dec. 20th for guaranteed Christmas delivery. However, select items at various locations can be placed as late as Saturday, Dec. 22nd.

If you opt for in-store pickup, make sure to place your order before 4pm on Sunday, Dec. 23rd, because Walmart will cut-off online orders for in-store pickup at that time. Orders placed before the cut-off time will be available for pickup by 5pm on Christmas Eve.

Keep in mind that Walmart will close at 6pm on Christmas Eve.

For non-Prime members, Tuesday, Dec. 18th, is the last day for free standard shipping guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. However, for Prime members, place your order by Saturday, Dec. 22nd, to utilize the last day of your free two-day shipping perk.

Live in Tampa Bay or other select cities? Prime members in these select markets can take advanatage of Amazon's free one-day shipping option that will be available on Sunday, Dec. 23rd.

If you're looking to do any online holiday shopping at Kohl's, make sure to place your order before Tuesday, Dec. 18th. Orders placed by this date are guaranteed to arrived by Christmas Eve. If you miss this deadline and your item is available through in-store pickup, then make sure to place your order by 3pm on Dec. 24th.

Fortunately, in-store Kohl's shoppers have some more leeway. From Friday, Dec. 21st, most Kohl's locations will be open 24 hours up until 6pm on Christmas Eve.

Thank God I found this article! I'm the one who shops 'last second' - not even last minute haha
Now I know that I still have some time to order via Amazon Prime - the most convenient for me :)
Thank you, John Deloss for sharing and Marry Christmas!
