This just in, Macy’s has been working on revamping their Star Rewards program (exclusive to Macy’s Credit Cardholders) and avid Macy’s shoppers will be happy with these new perks. At the center of Macy’s new Star Program is their updated tiered rewards. New Macy’s Star Program members are placed in one of three tiers (Silver, Gold or Platinum) based on their annual spend and rewards vary by tiers. Ongoing members will be upgraded when their annual spend meets the qualification for the next tier. Below are Macy’s reinvented Star Rewards program criteria.

Additionally, those with Macy’s American Express Card can now start earning Plenti points at restaurants (3 points per $1 spent) and gas stations & supermarkets (2 points per $1 spent). Plenti is a rewards program with tons of popular restaurants, services, and department stores under its network. As a Plenti member, you can start earning points at AT&T, Hulu, Macy’s, Apple, Nike, Home Depot, and many more stores. With the points you’ve racked up, you can redeem them at checkout at all Plenti partner stores.
