UPDATE 9/1/2016

Happy September 1st! While the exlcusive streaming rights deal Netflix received in partnership with major film studios does not include the release of entire collections of films, starting today, you'll be able to stream the newest Disney, Marvel, Pixar and Lucasfilm movies only on Netflix. There is one small catch in the deal between Netflix and studios--Netflix's exclusive streaming rights will only apply to films released starting 2016. (For select animation studios, the later half of 2016). In any case, it's still quite a big advantage in the ongoing streaming wars. Look out below for a list of new Disney titles coming soon to Netflix!

P.S. while there IS still some time before select titles hit Netflix... we can still get excited about it right?

  1. Zootopia (Disney) is the first the land, coming September 20

  2. The Jungle Book (Disney) TBD

  3. Alice Through the Looking Glass (Disney) TBD

  4. Beauty and the Beast (Disney) coming in 2017

Now that the grace period for grandfathered Netflix subscribers has ended and we’re all paying the same $9.99 for the standard plan, Netflix has recently announce some exciting news. If you’re a bit miffed about paying the extra dollars on your subscription, well… Netflix just announced they’ve obtained exclusive rights to stream the newest movies from Disney, Marvel, Lucasfilm and Pixar!

I wanna be the very best like no one ever was. Couponing is my real test, to cut them is my cause. I will travel across the land, searching far and wide. Each store to understand, the discounts that's inside.

Why is there more and more international shows and movies? They are using filler shows that I would watch in the recently added or just released slot.they need to step up their game

I got rid of Netflix because of there updated terms of service. They want to data collect everything I do online including all my private messages not only that but on my phone too. It seems like Hulu and Amazon are starting to do it now also. We are starting to live in a world where there is no such thing as personal privacy anymore.

I agree with Tenuntouthable7, Where are all the old stuff from the late 70's - 2000. When you say (ALL) then put them ALL up. there should be no old movie or tv show in the save box. the only movies that should ever be in the save are the new up coming movies now in theaters. We need to see movies lists like

80's movies
Disney movies
90's
80's tv
90's tv
toon Disney cartoons
Disney TV
Cartoon Net work shows
Cartoon net work cartoons
Video game cartoons

and so on. brake them up by decade if old, they don't have to be big movies or tv shows to be listed. You need to think of the old generation as well as the new. and keep it easy and simple to find what one is looking for. Parents want to see more kids shows and cartoons for the kids to watch that is more like cartoons and funny like they were in the 80's and 90's. there are over 2 mil movies and cartoons and you cant even put up some oldies come on. Some of us older people would like to see some childhood memories once in a while.

I knew it was too good to be true when I read it I was like Dang that's a pretty bold statement every Disney movie ?
As a Disney Movie Collector and no I don't mean the general titles released every year like Big Hero Six, Lion King, etc
I mean the old Sunday night Movies, DTV, wonderful world of color type movies you're talking thousands and thousands of old Disney Movies that I would have gladly handed my money to Netflix but all the New Disney Movies meh I can grab them off the shelf or turn on the tv anytime an watch, we need a movie service IE, Hulu,Netflix, etc that has all the old hard to find 80's movies an tv shows not just a few big name ones everyone has seen Macgyver and Magnum P.I. i'm talking to you !!
I want one service I can go an watch all the old shows rare stuff.

Yep. Total fabrication. There's a big difference between new Disney movies and "every single Disney movie." You have failed.

You should watch your wording. You said, "Netflix will be streaming every single Disney movie"
That is false.
They will be given the rights to stream the movies that are released after September 2016.
They will not have every single movie.
