Happy September 1st! While the exlcusive streaming rights deal Netflix received in partnership with major film studios does not include the release of entire collections of films, starting today, you'll be able to stream the newest Disney, Marvel, Pixar and Lucasfilm movies only on Netflix. There is one small catch in the deal between Netflix and studios--Netflix's exclusive streaming rights will only apply to films released starting 2016. (For select animation studios, the later half of 2016). In any case, it's still quite a big advantage in the ongoing streaming wars. Look out below for a list of new Disney titles coming soon to Netflix!
P.S. while there IS still some time before select titles hit Netflix... we can still get excited about it right?
