Today, Netflix revealed some cool information via their "Binge Scale” which reveal what shows majority of Netflix users savor and devour. I’m definitely a huge fan of binge watching where often times I would actually wait till the entire season is out (and preferably on Netflix but will settle for Hulu Plus) and watch the whole thing in one sitting.

So for those who blows through entire series in that manner, Netflix took to their stats and released global data on what series we binge watch and which ones we savor.

“When organizing series in relation to this benchmark, interesting patterns emerge, ranging from high energy narratives that are devoured to thought-provoking dramas that are savored.”

Don’t have Netflix? That’s no good. You can easily sign up for a free month’s trial now! Or you can try Hulu Plus. Up to you.

It comes to no surprise, based on the Binge Scale, that more complex and thought-provoking shows like House of Cards and Bloodline require more time to process. On the other end of the spectrum, comedies like Orange is the New Black or fresh sci-fi features like Sense 8 are mesmerizing and addictive so most of us can and will probably watch more than 2 episodes for these.

Based on their global viewing data, here is a list of top Netflix shows that land on the Savor scale and the Devour scale. If you’re constantly looking for new shows to watch, this list will prove useful!

I wanna be the very best like no one ever was. Couponing is my real test, to cut them is my cause. I will travel across the land, searching far and wide. Each store to understand, the discounts that's inside.

I do and since I get out less these days bounce back & forth from Netflix to Hulu plus, I hope they add more on demand and the live TV, to compete with Netflix, and hope Netflix gives us the option to watch longer with less interuptions (are you still watching) lol Both services are great vs cable....
