The Super Bowl is a much-anticipated event every year. This year may even be more notable for some football fans because Super Bowl 50 will be taking place at the new home of the San Francisco 49ers, Levi's Stadium, on February 7, 2016.

In 2015, 184 million partygoers and viewers spent an average of $77.80 on snacks, décor, team apparel, and other Super Bowl goods, which was the highest in the National Retail Federation's survey's history of consumer trends, until this year. Total spending is projected to increase by $1.2 billion from 2015, and spending will increase across the board. Check out how Americans will treat Super Bowl 50:
