The easiest way to see what’s on sale at your local Target week-to-week is by checking out their weekly circular ad. You can easily check the new ad every week online at Target and remember to punch in your local zip code for the correct ad.
You’ll find current deals being offered from every department at Target. Typical offers include discounted apparel, free Target gift card offers (with qualifying purchases), mobile offers, online promo codes and much more. So by giving their weekly ad a quick run through, you’ll already be up to date with all their weekly offerings (whoo!).
If you’re browsing for deals in select department, the best place to see all current deals is Target’s very own sale and clearance pages. Their sale and clearance are available both online and in-store. We personally prefer to browse online because it’s easier to utilize their filtering options to scope out gift card and BOGO deals however, there are perks to looking in-store.
Certain Target locations has higher markdowns on their clearance racks in-stores that are typically not available online. If you’ve seen those 75% off apparel clearance racks in-stores, you know what I’m talking about.
Target RedCard. Is. Awesome. Target already offers one of the lowest free shipping threshold at just $25 but as a Target RedCard Debit or Credit Card member, you get:
Free Shipping No Minimum
Extra 5% Off Every Single Purchase
30 Extra Days for Returns
Plus, membership is free. This is actually a great way to get started if you’re looking to build credit and have trouble getting ahold of an official financial service company credit card.
Bonus: Available in North Carolina only, Target is testing a new program called REDPerks that rewards shoppers using a point system earned for every dollar spent. NC shoppers earn 10 points per every $1 spent and 5000 points gets you 5% off shopping day. You can request your Beta Access to this new program now.

Cartwheel app savings can be combined with in-store promotions (i.e. BOGO 50% off, clearance, sale and etc). Savings via Target Cartwheel ranges from extra 5-30% off.
The best thing is that, Target Cartwheel app is incredibly easy to use! You can download the app for iOS or Android, login or create a Target account and start adding offers online or via the app. After you’ve added all the offers you want to your list, go in-store, shop as usual and just present your app barcode to an associate at the register so they can scan all your saved app coupons.

So aside from their Cartwheel app, you can also download the Target app to browse daily sales and markdown on the go. Take it in-stores and check out your local Target’s daily clearance plus, it comes with other cool features like their shopping list. Target app shopping list will also arrange your list by aisle so you can easily navigate the store and locate all items on your shopping list.

Target has teamed up with up and coming pickup service app Curbside, to make shopping more efficient for you. How it works? You reserve items for pickup from your local Target through the Curbside app and when your order is ready, simply drive by Target entrance to pick up your items!
Since this partnership is relatively new, Target and Curbside is offering new Curbside users an extra $10 off your first $20 Target order when you use promo code TARGET during checkout via the app.

There are plenty of ways to stack available Target discounts on top of one another to drop your final price but you’ll have to be on the lookout of all of these offers. Here is an example of how you can stack Target offers:
In this example order, we took advantage of the BOGO 50% off sale on Xhilaration women’s swimsuits and added 2 items to cart. Next, we entered a Target promo code for an extra $5 off $50 taking off $25 from the final price. You have the option of using your Target RedCard for another 5% off or if you’re a Target team member, don’t forget to use your employee discount! That's 3 stackable discounts that you've applied right there (whoo!).
As mentioned above, Target offers free shipping on your order of $25 and over. Their shipping threshold is one of the lowest amongst popular retailers like Kohl’s, Amazon, Walmart and etc. They just lowered their free shipping minimum late last year and we don’t know how long this will last so take advantage and get some of your weekly shopping done online!
