Halloween spending is expected to hit an all-time record this year, exceeding the $9.1 billion spent in 2017. Last year, men spent an average of $96 on a costume and women around $77. With Halloween right around the corner, here’s a list of the top costumes you’re sure to see this year while you're out trick-or-treating.
