Parents, you're going to want to read this. Your kids' happy place, also known as Toys R Us, is holding a few in-store events in February and beyond that you won't want to miss. These events will include free giveaways and activities to keep your little ones occupied (limit one per child), and you won't have to spend a dime (unless they sucker you into buying them a toy). On Saturday, February 4 from 12 to 2 PM, all Toys R Us stores will be holding a fun Pokémon event to trade and collect cards. It's open to all kids ages 6 and up and adults are welcome to trade, too! Here are all the freebies: an exclusive Cosmog foil card, Pokémon TCG Sun & Moon collector's album, and a Pokémon coloring activity.

On every first Saturday in February (2/4), March (3/4), and April (4/1) from 3 to 4 PM, Geoffrey's Birthday Club members ages 2 and up get to celebrate with the giant giraffe. Members will recieve special surprises with a coupon that will be sent by mail and/or email before the event. Special surprises include a free Geoffrey plush toy and The Legend of Geoffrey children's storybook. There will also be fun activities like story time.

Celebrate the LEGO Batman Movie release by visiting your Toys R Us for a LEGO Batman Movie Building Event on Saturday, Feburary 11 from 1 to 3 PM. You'll enjoy fun activities like building and taking home a free model of Emmet's Bat-Car, and there will be an Arkham Asylum Breakout hunt for the kids to enjoy. The event is designed for children ages 6 and up.
