In the last few years, Korean beauty products have dominated the beauty realm in the U.S., and for good reason. With an intense focus on skincare and natural beauty, beauty gurus across the nation finally understand why Korean beauty products demand the reputation they do. Personally, I have dabbled in K-beauty makeup, but my main interest is skincare goods.

This balm has been named Best of Beauty and Editor's Pick on several reputable beauty sources for a reason. If makeup comes in a waterproof formula, I immediately choose that option. However, at the end of the day, I used to struggle to remove all traces of waterproof product - until I discovered Banila Co. Clean It Zero. It's a smooth, silky balm product that scoops out of the container and transfers directly onto your dry face. I gently rub all stubborn eyeliner, mascara, foundation, and remaining makeup for effortless removal, and without fail, it leaves my skin feeling refreshed, clean, and radiant after rinsing.

The first peeling gel I have ever tried, this startlingly brilliant product deserves an award. You never really know what lies on your skin's surface until you're scrubbing off dead skin and feeling oddly satisfied. I use this gentle exfoliator about two to three times a week for an extra cleanse after I have washed my face. Rubbing in circular motions, you'll immediately see dead skin collecting on your face, and the result is some of the smoothest, most naturally brightened skin you will ever feel and see. I've also noticed that it slowly helps with the fading of my acne scars, so another bonus point goes to this peeling gel.

Before you squirm at the thought of applying snail extract on your body, try the Mizon All-in-One Snail Repair Cream. If your skin has experienced a bout of difficult issues such as the appearance of fine lines, acne scarring and blemishes, and tired, dull skin, apply this cream sparingly in the morning and at night. You'll feel the product working almost instantly, hydrating and plumping up your skin for a more youthful look. The miracle of snail mucin allows skin to renew itself - reversing all the damages that have happened.

Although there are innumerable brands of face masks on the market, some of my favorites come from Innisfree. There are 3 types of sheet masks offered - It's Real Squeeze masks, Skin Clinic masks, and Second Skin masks. My ideal masks are the Second Skin masks which serve to target specific skin troubles such as dull skin, large pores, and more. Equipped with skin-vitalizing nutrients, my preferred masks are moisturizing and refreshing, and my skin looks and feels brand new after using the mask.

Precision and ease of application make this gel eyeliner a winner in my beauty book. Whether I'm seeking a simple eye look or an intimidating cat eye, the Tony Moly Back Gel Eyeliner is my go-to. I have it in shades Black 01 and Brown 02 - the former for a more dramatic look and the latter for a softer look. I have never used an eyeliner that glides on as smoothly as this product yet still dries quickly for a long-wearing finish, and since it comes with its own brush, it's difficult to consider another eyeliner.

For long-lasting, - I mean days long - natural-looking brows with minimal effort, Etude House Tint My Brows Gel is the way to go. It's a paint-on, peel-off brow gel that leaves naturally fills in your brows. I own the gel in #3 Gray Brown shade, and I have dark brown hair. Liberally apply the product to your brows in your desired shape, and I've found that any mistakes can be easily corrected with a wet cotton swab. Leave the product on for at least 2 hours for the maximum color taking, and after it has dried completely, start slowly peeling off the hardened gel at the tail end of your brows. The result is beautiful, tinted brows that last about 2-3 days for me. Although it is still a relatively new concept, it is starting to make a bigger impression in the beauty world with its innovative technique.
