Previously, we posted a list of the best reward programs that we’ve ever seen (and actually use) but just for the beauty and personal care lovers, here’s a short list of beauty loyalty programs that are worth joining. If you’re a frequent beauty shopper like we are, it’s definitely worth it to rack up points for your purchase, bag freebies, and discounts and not to mention free stuff on your birthday. Tell us which is your fave in the comments below!
The Body Shop Love Your Body rewards membership will only run you $10 per year but you’ll quick earn that back since they offer an extra 10% off your purchase every day. If you’ve been keeping up with us, The Body Shop runs their hot buy 3 get 3 free deal often and you can save even more on top of these promotions as a reward member.
This one’s for you drugstore beauty lovers! CVS has an exclusive membership program for their beauty club known as the extra care beauty club. Membership sign up is completely free and upon registration, you’ll get an extra 10% off your first beauty purchase. Your biggest savings will come in the form of 20-25% off exclusive members beauty coupon which you can find in your email inbox every so often!
Ok, so this one’s a no-brainer because hello, plenty of perks as a Beauty Insider! The Beauty Insider program from Sephora is totally free to join and as a member, you’ll get a free birthday gift every year, free classes and rare discounts (i.e. $15 off $50 coupon code discounts). The Beauty Insider program has three tiers and once you reach a certain amount spend per the calendar year, you’ll unlock even more perks.
Beauty Insider: free
VIB: $350 per calendar year
VIB Rouge: $1,000 per calendar year
VIB Rouge members now get access to 2-day free shipping on all orders along with the famed VIB event where everything will be discounted an extra 20% off for VIB members only.
Whether you’re at Sally for makeup, hair products, accessories or anything else, you can join Sally Beauty Club for free and get access to exclusive deals and discounts on your future purchases! Sally Beauty Club is $5 to join but they’ll give you a $5 off reward so your membership is pretty much… free. Cosmetology or beauty students can also get the Sally Beauty Student card at your local Sally Beauty store.
Ulta is the best of both worlds with a huge selection of drugstore (and hard to find drugstore brands like Essence) and high-end brands. If your go-to store for new beauty products is Ulta, definitely enroll for free into their Ultamate Rewards programs. You’ll be able to earn points on every purchase and redeem points on any products at Ulta. Once you spend over $450 in a calendar year, you’ll be boosted to the Platinum status where you can earn points faster, get access to even more exclusive offers and best of all, your points will never expire.
MAC just revamped their beauty rewards program early this year and you can join MAC Select program absolutely free! MAC Select perks include free shipping, samples, exclusive offers and much more. Like Sephora and Ulta, the new MAC program lets you unlock even more perks once you get to their Devoted and Obsessed status (plus, it won’t be too difficult to unlock premium membership status either!). Devoted status can be earned on $150 spend per calendar year and Obsessed at $500 or more.
Honorable Mention: Target
Target carries a lot more than beauty products of course but shoppers can save an extra 5% off at Target and get free shipping every day with the Target REDcard. Stack your 5% off REDcard discount with in-store clearance or Target Cartwheel offers to maximize your savings! Target always has some kind of beauty deals like a free gift card with purchase, extra 5-20% off coupon codes and more. However, some rare offers are exclusive to Target Cartwheel members only (not limited to beauty department) so make sure you shop in-store with the app if you don't want to lose money.
