Your health is something that you should take care of every single day. You only have one body, and it's yours to do with it what you will. Although the normal human being will indulge occasionally and be a couch potato, that doesn't mean healthy eating habits and exercise should be ignored.

The World Health Organization is emphasizing the diabetes awareness this year. About 1 out of every 11 Americans in the United States have diabetes, and 1 out of 4 people don't even know they have diabetes. 86 million Americans, more than 1 out of 3 adults, have prediabetes, which means he or she is at a higher risk for developing type 2 diabetes and other serious health problems.

Make the right lifestyle changes to make sure you and your loved ones will live the fullest, healthiest lives possible.
