Each video is extremely well-shot and appears to be shot in a more professional and high-quality manner than many other YouTube videos. The videos run anywhere from one minute to one hour, and are instructed by top fitness trainers including Jillian Michaels, Jane Fonda, Scott Herman, Kym Johnson, Tara Stiles, and Denise Austin. From fun dance routines and intense cardio to relaxing yoga and Pilates, this channel is designed to suit any and all workout needs, whether it be fat burning, muscle sculpting, toning up, or slimming down.

Blogilates is hosted by the incredibly lively and exuberant, certified POP Pilates instructor, Cassey Ho. Cassey’s weekly videos range anywhere from five minutes to thirty minutes, and focus on arms, legs, abs, or full body. They are famous and extremely well-liked for allowing you to have fun while getting you fit at the same time.
