"I recently visited a friend in Alaska, and I don’t know why, but they have MSN dial-up. I gave up dial-up probably over a decade ago, so it came as a shock to me that my friend still has it. Regardless, I was pretty impressed with the speed. I think they amp up their speed with MSN Dial-Up Accelerator, and although it’s not comparable to modern day high speed Internet, it was still impressive. It’s about $20 a month (I asked). It was a bit nostalgic, to be honest!"

"If you need a low monthly plan with no other options available, MSN Dial-up does the job. Otherwise, as you know, dial-up internet is much slower so opt for broadband/DSL or even go fiber if it is available in your zip code. It might cost a little more but the convenient speed is totally worth it in my opinion."
