About this Deal
The last time you made your pilgrimage, you walked out with a coffee grinder, two bamboo bath mats and a silk sleep mask. (So this is what lies in the “beyond.”) The big-box retailer has everything you need, all at reasonable prices. But what if we told you that you could save even more on those linen drapes you’ve been eyeing? Here’s how to get the most out of your next Bed Bath & Beyond experience.
Its Coupons Never Expire
OK, you might have already known this one. It’s one of the worst-kept secrets that the store will typically accept coupons well after the printed expiration dates (like, even a year after), so keep those blue-and-white postcards for as long as you want. You can also often use multiple coupons at once, so if you buy five items, use all five of your “20% off an item” coupons for big savings.
...And You Can Use Its Coupons at Other Stores, Too
Buy Buy Baby, Christmas Tree Shops and Harmon Face Values all technically honor in-store coupons from their parent company, the triple B. A BabyBjorn bouncer seat at 20 percent off? Huzzah.
It Offers Free Shipping on Almost Everything
Anything over $29 (read: everything we’ve ever bought) qualifies for free standard shipping and usually arrives between three days to a week. You can also select free in-store pickup when ordering online to eliminate shipping costs.
You Can Often Get a Price Adjustment
Forgot that precious blue postcard at home? Not to worry. You can always bring it back with your receipt within a few days of your purchase, and the store will almost always refund you the money you would’ve saved.
It Sends You Free Gifts From Your Wedding Registry
If you’re registered at BB&B and your guests purchase a gift from a qualifying brand (like OXO, Cuisinart, KitchenAid or Calphalon, to name a few), you’re eligible to receive other gifts from that brand. It’s a service called freebook, and all you have to do is fill out a gift vendor redemption form and send to the retailer after you’ve received your wedding gifts. (The retailer also offers free in-store gift-wrapping for registry purchases, FYI.)

It Offers Gift Cards and Free Products
For example, if you purchase $600 worth of Le Creuset, the chain will mail you a Le Creuset nonstick breakfast griddle for free. Other brands will mail gift cards for qualifying purchases. For a full list of participating companies, visit the rebates section of the BB&B website.
There’s No Time Limit on Returns
As long as you have the receipt, you’re allowed a full refund on any purchase—even that toaster oven you decided to keep in the closet since 2008. And if you don’t have a receipt, chances are an employee can look up the item and give you a refund if you’ve bought it within the calendar year.
It Holds Live Demonstrations with Free Stuff
Have a couple hours to kill on a Saturday to kill? Bed Bath & Beyond hosts an event series called Small Talks at stores across the country. There are often free giveaways at the end of the demo (like cleaning products for a Spring Cleaning session). Some events do cost money (like a wine-tasting event sponsored by Riedel), but others are completely free.
