Earlier this year, Aldi made a number of changes in stores to reduce exposure to COVID-19. Here is a reminder of what shoppers can expect for the foreseeable future:
Customers and employees are required to wear properly fitting face coverings;
Signage throughout our stores and protective barriers at checkout to maintain social distancing;
Intensified cleanings throughout our stores, with added focus on high-touch areas and carts;
Self-service cart wipe stations where shoppers can sanitize carts prior to shopping;
Hand sanitizing stations available for shoppers and employees;
Dedicated time Tuesday and Thursday mornings for vulnerable shoppers.
Aldi has also expanded contactless shopping options, offering grocery delivery in more than 10,000 ZIP codes across the country and curbside grocery pickup at nearly 700 of our stores. Visit our store locator or shop.aldi.us to see if these services are available near you.
