A closer peek at the menu
Korean-Style Fried Chick’n
Gochujang-glazed crispy, antibiotic-free chicken breast over our white kimchi slaw featuring Choi’s Kimchi.
All our chicken is real, white-meat breast that’s fresh, never frozen with no hormones or antibiotics—ever. A lotta people ask us what makes our chicken so juicy, so here’s the secret straight from our culinary team: it’s slow-cooked sous vide (a fine dining technique that prevents overcooking) in a creamy buttermilk marinade. After that, it’s dredged and breaded by hand and crisp-fried to-order every single time.
Korean Gochujang Chick’n Bites + Fries
Crispy and juicy all-white-meat chicken bites and crispy crinkle cuts each served with a Gochujang mayo sauce for dipping (or drizzling).
Black Sugar Vanilla Shake
Toasty-caramel black sugar hand spun with vanilla frozen custard, topped with whipped cream and black sugar syrup
Get to know the flavors

What is kimchi? Kimchi is a mix of fermented vegetables and spices that hits a wide range of flavors from sweet to sour to spicy. Our custom white kimchi blend is made exclusively by Choi’s Kimchi of Portland, OR.
What is black sugar? A dark-colored sugar with a rich caramel flavor.
