Target's popular Veterans Day military discount is back. For the fourth year in a row, the Minneapolis-based retailer will offer a special 10% discount off a purchase in stores or online between Sunday and Nov. 11 to all active-duty U.S. military personnel, veterans and their families. Some exclusions apply. Similar to how Target gave teachers a back-to-school discount this summer, eligible shoppers need to sign up to verify eligibility for the savings.
