They still have the money tied up so I can't use it! When my order went through they confirmed I would get my items, therefore I gave them my banking info when they decided not to send my items they should have returned my money. I never saw terms and conditions that the coupons wouldn't work. The sale went through and Their website allowed it, not our fault they should have honored the orders!

Its day 4 and Puma has still not put my money back into my bank account, i get more upset each and every day. The customer service people now have an attitude when I call, But they have money I have a reason to be mad, they don't! They screwed so any people so far! I hope this gets resolved somehow, we are the customer after all!

u all need to stop b-tching.... Its a PENDING CHARGE which means they don't have the money yet... SO CALM DOWN... when confirming the order you agreed to the TERMS OF CONDITIONS and it says you cant stack COUPONS SO STFU

Puma should blame them self not the consumers.
They took the oder and took money out of our bank... Now they just try blame to consumer? Also , still hold our money ..!!
They better shut down the web site .
Even local grocery market are more honor than puma..

I'm scared to ever order from them again. Like someone wrote earlier, they did not include my order number in the cancellation email, it was very generic. They said they would send me a deal "just for me" but I am afraid to order from their website.

I filed with better business bureau, and contacted the CEO's foundation to let him know how much of a shithead his company is being to their customers. The CEO is flying all around the world going to the ferrari plant to take pictures with people and then they go and fuck us...unacceptable. Bad apples or not, their mistake, not mine, and they STILL have my money.
