62,000 Pounds of Raw Meat Recalled!

Planning to fire up the grill this Memorial Day Weekend? Before you throw on those cuts of steak, you may want to closely check your products. The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service has issued a recall on more than 62,000 pounds of raw beef with E. coli being sited as the cause for concern.

The recall includes more than 40 products, such ribeyes, ribs and briskets. To properly check any meat you have recently purchased, search for the establishment number "EST. 788" inside the USDA mark of inspection.
