Amazon will start charging sales tax starting Saturday

About this Deal

OK, tax scofflaws in California, you have just one day left to buy stuff online without paying the state's pesky sales tax.

At 12.01 a.m. Saturday, when a new law takes effect, out-of-state online retailers like Amazon.com will start including the tax on your invoice, whether you like it or not. And many, it seems, do not.

"Am I the only one who's waiting until Saturday to buy from Amazon?" a state official asked his social media circle. Yes, you are, he was informed.
What's the matter?

I fear it is coming down soon on all sites and all states - going to be a NIGHTMARE at tax time! :(
